I believe leadership is my calling. I am Kelvin Thomas and I have spent the last 30+ years pursuing my purpose and passion as I develop and redefine my leadership skills. I am growing as a leader and repositioning myself to help others discover and uncover their gifts and greater purpose in life. I have experienced and served under both great and meager leaders. As a result, I used the process to learn and create successful leadership experiences of my own at multiple levels. I coached a champion little league baseball team, headed a successful Men’s Ministry and worked as an operator in manufacturing. These and other key experiences provided me the foundational power skills to rise to executive level, from Director to Vice Presidents in two separate divisions of a company.

My current role is Vice President of Culture and Engagement for one of the largest building materials companies in the world. I am a 2023 President's Award Recipient, a John Maxwell Leadership Team Member and serve on the Board of Directors for Texas College. I am the President of Kelvin Thomas Ministries; a ministry focused on coaching and mentoring young adult males. I am the author of four books; Arise, Stone Throwers I and Stone Throwers II, and my latest book Power Crumbs. All of my books are filled with insightful messages of encouragement and spiritual empowerment.

It is my family and our values that keep me grounded. My wife is the editor and creative designer of my books. I am the father to three children and grandfather of six. Giving back and sharing with others is a trait passed down from my mother, who did so much to help and
support those in our local community and church where I grew up in Alabama. Serving and sharing with others through my books, writings and messages is my way of giving back. I truly believe I am blessed to be a blessing!
